Reagan Towery-Chavez

Interior Designer & Project Coordinator

Reagan has had her designs published in Cowboys & Indians, Southern Living, and Texas Monthly. As a natural in decor and selection, she became one of the top-performing faux artists. She was featured in several Parade of Homes and selected to be the only faux artist to collaborate on the St. Jude's Home giveaway. Turning her aesthetic passion over to learn the hard hat construction end of design, Reagan became an adjuster specializing in fire and water restoration and mold mitigation advocacy. Throughout the myriad of construction and design over 18 years, her driving passion is to prove that creating/building is an option for anyone in every budget.

James Chavez

Custom Residential & Commercial Builder

James has worked in every facet of home building from custom spec homes to impossible additions on historic preservations across three states. He is a contractor's contractor who has not seen it all...he's DONE it all, with over 35 years under his belt. He's honest, fair, easy-going, and always smiling. That's why even though he has and does build large commercial properties over four stories tall with more than 400 units, you'll always find him remodeling someone's home because people are his priority.
